After 6 month of submitting my papers updates for the high commission in Canada I just received their reply ..they want me to send a proof that my sister is living in Canada...can someone help me in this what kind of proof other than stament of account and tax declaration for the last 6 month? with her name and address is this should be enough please note also that she is a house wife ...and what if the bank account is shared between her and her husband please advise me urgently.....

when I first added my sister to application to get the extra points I had already gave them my sis pr card and bank statement but unfortunately the bank statement was taken on line so it was not shown her name and her address ,,,so they asked for more details...that why i am confused and afraid she said that she can only give her a scan of her bank application showing her name and address and she can give a copy of her driving license and the her tax for the last 6 month both for the bank statement she only give it to me online as well...so I am afraid to get refused

Wait for someone senior to give you an expert opinion on this but i willl say that ask your sister to get a statement from bank which shows her current address plus ask her to give you any other sort of bills which are on her name like electricity, telephone etc , if she is renting ask her to give a copy of her agreement which confirms her address, get the copy of her drivers licence, medical card. I think these documents are good enough to prove that she is in canada and is your sister.

You have to provide your sister Canadian income tax documents it called(Notice of assessment for the 2009 year)
and credit card and bank statements for the last six monts; those document only proof that your sister physically present in Canada.
