Please advise me about Point System,

Hi,
i applied for canadian immigration in 2007 and i am between 29 to 35 and living in uae with wife and kid, i have done Master (16 years), and having Ielts test BAND 6.0 (R-5.0, W-5.5, L-5.5, S-7.5), will you guide me that how much point i will get for Language,
Questions-
1- before 2008 what was the point for 16 Years Education (Master Degree)

2- how much point i can get in Langauge if my band is 6.0 (R-5.0, W-5.5, L-5.5, S-7.5)

3- my wife have done Graduation 3 year degree(Total 15 Years), how much point i will get.

4- My Experience is more then 7 Years

5- Age between 29 to 35 so i will get 10 point right?

6- No one in canada and no job offer from canada

7- if my point 66 then what are the chances

thanks for your reply, i am confused about Master degree, some body told me as per 2006 canadian rule if you have Master Degree (16 Years) you will get 24 or 25 Points , so please can you clear me about this thing and also about IELTS
