A TFW that work permit and visa will expire on April 2013, but im planning to have a vacation on Feb 2013 in Dubai.Would I have any problem leaving and coming back to Canada?

Hi,

If your visa and work permit is still valid when you come back, it should be fine. Make sure to double check the expiry dates on passport, visa, and work permit, also check if you visa is single or multiple entry.
