Hello All,
After a long wait (14 months).. CIC asked me to provide Plans to Live outside Quebec.
My situation.
I stayed in Quebec / Montreal. Jan 2012- May 2012 + Nov 2013-Dec 2013.
I was working for Montreal Company woking from Home Country since Dec 2013 - Sept 2014. With Proper T4 and proper paystubs.
I have family relatives and friends in Toronto. Who can give me Support letter. I have Job employment offer from Toronto as well.
What else do you guys think I should provide?
Is this a big trouble for getting rejected??
I'm in quite similar situation. They asked me about it and I responded with following documents:
- Cancelation of my current lease
- Email and response of apartment company from ottawa(ON)
- Wife is working there. Her T4 (ON)
- Job offer from there. Email/linked in etc
- Explanation letter
Also asked finger print and PCC (I didn't provide it with my application). I responded 2 months ago no update yet. I already did medical and paid fee for permanent residence one (last payment) up front. Then emailed them eMedical form from the doctor and payment receipt and no reply from them yet.
Man indeed good suggestions.
Hope for the best.. Keep me updated. No worries..
What's your timeline BTW.

They received my application at July 21, 2014. Last communication with me March 30, 2015 for above information and documents. Also I found following issue I'm going to face:
- As a temporary work permit holder, I won't get OHIP if I don't get my PR before moving there
- Quebec health card won't cover if I move in ON and no PR in the mean time.
This is system is just freaking bad!
