There is actually no experience to share really. You order them online, send them an authorization letter and pay. And then after 30 days you will get them. Simple.

I know the procedure, both are the same, but I meant in terms of speed of delivery, they say up to 30 days or 40 or 45 days .. so i wanted to compare the speed of both ..and their "support" in terms of replies in case of any delays or such.
Is there any problem with using the services from "Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Online Request" to get GCMS notes? Compared to other sites, this one's dirt cheap. I wanted to know if there's any problem with using this route since most of the threads here just ignore this option. If I have a friend/family member in Canada, who could request GCMS notes on my behalf, would this option be worth my $5?
I ordered my notes directly by paying $5....its 15 days now, not yet arrived.....any guess hw long it could take if its direct(outland, applied through my frend who is pr in canada).
