hi, any advise to my fellow forum readers. Im planning to go back home for vacation for a month this coming April 2014. Currently, im holding an open work permit and currently employed by agency. The question is do I need an authorization letter from my agency for rentry? thanks

AFAIK, it is not required, if you are not from VISA exempt country, then, make sure you either have a multiple entry VISA or apply and get multiple entry VISA before you go on vacation.
