planning to do M.Tech / MS in canada : need procedures/help

Hi
I am currently studying B.Tech Mechanical engineering , 4th year in kalasalingam university with CGPA of 7.31 till 6th semester
I am now planning to do M.Tech/ MS in Mechanical field in canada/germany
Need help regarding IELTS/TOEFL , GRE (wat to study for required , it has many subdivisions like specific topics maths computer science, etc )
List of universities which are accredited by their government
When to apply , timeline for application procedure . i will finish my B.Tech in may 2015
My 10th mark is 74% and 12th mark is 73% .
Plzhelp regarding my issue

Looking at your timeline, it seems you shall mostly be applying for latest fall 2015. So this is the perfect time for you to select your program and university where you would like to pursue your masters. Use this website for sorting out the universities that have the program you are interested in www.aucc.ca. All the universities listed in this website are accredited by the canadian government.

And then look into the respective university websites for the admission requirements and apply accordingly. IELTS is a must in almost all university. GRE is not needed. All the best
