Hi,
Place of birth on Date of birth certificate and pass port are slightly different(one letter).

Ex:
Passport says as : Narasimhanayudupalem
DOB certificate says as : Narasimhanaidupalem

which one i need to enter in application. Both are issued by Indian government. does it cause any problem.
do i need to add any note to CEC?

This should not b a problem. Mention the correct spelling in the application form. CiC would usually use what you have in yr passport. Dont worry this should bot be an issue.
