I am about to submit my inland sponsorship application. just few questions here if you guys don't mind answering:

when applying for pilot program open work permit, do we have to submit LMIA or employment letter ?

do you have to have job offer to apply for pilot program ?

No, you don't need to have an LMIA or an employment letter (job offer).

All you need, is to have maintained your legal status to qualify. If you do/have, you should receive the OWP ~ 4 months.

Thank you, and my study permit/ work permit is expiring in early august so would that cause problems you think?
