I hope someone who knows about quebec immigration can solve my question:

When one person wants to apply under the stream - food processing stream - but he has an open work permit due to his wife because she is the main applicant for the PEQ class, the question is: the husband can accept a full time job offer and become the main applicant for a Quebec stream program or he cannot accept any offer considering that his wife * the main applicant* will start a new application for PEQ.
