I got 82%in medical with 70 above in all subjects and overall 7 in ielts(pen and paper) with above6 in all modules and 44marks in maths(additional) and want to become a commercial pilot in canada. Please tell me full procedure with full study procedure as well as fee structure? And would i get PR after choosing this field?

Usually for training in Canada you need Grade 12 , doesn't matter which stream.
