the pictures must be loose......unless you print them off your printer and put more than one on a page......most applicants tend to separate the pictures by date/event and put them in a separate envelope.....hope this helps
Actually i have 2 pictures pasted on each A4 size paper and describing about them.? these are the pictures from my wedding and other ceremonies
I have picture numbers on each page, so u can tell in form questions and refer picture number in form. is it not ok?

they do not want pictures pasted on paper or attached on any thing or in photo albums.....if you print the picutres right on paper that is different...but they specificially request that pictures be loose
I attatched my pictures to plan 8x10 paper. With a table of contents describing each picture, and organized from our first trip together.
I had over 500 wedding pictures so I attached the most important wedding pictures to the paper, and then placed another 100 in an envelope.
It's says to leave them loose, but that they didn't want to have then in an album or plastic sheets.
I asked an immigration rep and they said what I did was fine as long as they weren't in a separate album/binder/ or plastic sheets.
1 confusion, in some forms they have asked for proofs, ex: attach photos for evidence etc.....
In the case of loosely sent pictures, how i will point out pictures for evidences asked in the forms?

what I did was I separated the pictures into envelopes....put on the outside of the envelope...time frame/event/place/people.....some people write on the back of pictures.....so for example.....Nov 29/09....pictures of when we first met and friends.....Feb 2011...engagement pictures....Oct 19/11....wedding pictures..hope that helps......
According to the immigration adjudicator that I spoke with and showed my package to, she states the term "loose" is worded too loosely (lol) and some people send just random loose pictures.
What they don't want is albums, binders discs etc.
She said they are fairly lax when it comes to the pics as long as there an explanation for each pic.
How your pictures are added to the package is not going to be a deciding factor of your sponsorship, it's what your pictures are proving about your relationship is what counts....
