physician in India with 477 Crs

my friend is a physician in india, he calculated his score, it was 477 under FSW. Should he just create a profile in express entry and wait. Is there any PNP options for him without a job offer ?if not with this education, what kind of job offer will be valid for him? Thankyou

So your friend has completed ECA with Medical Council of Canada since he is a physician and IELTS? 477 will not get a ITA and PNPs are not really an option. Assume he is not licensed to work as a doctor in Canada. Has he even looked at the process and whether it is even possible.

Is your friend wanting to practice medicine in Canada? What type of physician is he? Is he aware about how difficult it is to get relicensed in Canada? Most IMGs never get relicensed and in some specialties it is is essentially impossible since there are no available residency spots leftover for IMGs to redo their residencies. If he wants to continue practicing medicine would suggest moving to another country.
