Pre-covid, both these dates were the same as you received the certificate on the same day, but not at the moment.

I put the date of the decision, not the date notice of decision printed. However, my application was returned saying that my physical presence is lower than 1095 days. When I submitted my application it was showing 1374. Would that date be a problem? Because I don't see why they returned my application when I have 1374 days of presence in Canada.
