The exact starting date is unknown, but probably between June 15, 2015 and July 15, 2015.
Days spent outside Canada with a Canadian-citizen spouse count for PR, but
NOT for citizenship. You must be physically present in Canada for 1,095 days to qualify for citizenship.*
*a Citizenship judge currently can allow an application with fewer days to succeed, but, in practice, that is very unlikely.
