Received the medicals for my parents so we went to the panel physician office to do my parents medical however the physician office says are unable to access the IME Number on the application
what does that mean ?
The application that my parents received have the IME number written clearly but the physician office says they cannot get into the system using the IME number thats on the form.
can somebody advise me on this one , please its urgent.
