Well, I have completed our application and have acquired all documents, letters, photocopies, etc. Need some advice on photos for my wife (principal applicant).
We got 4 phtots taken which are valid and to standards CIC requires. I know we only have to provide 2 photos, but before reading 2 carefully wrote required information on th back of both photos. Is this a problem?
We do have 2 other photos to left, but the stamp from the photographer "smudged" a bit and preferably I would not like to use them.
Is it ok to send 2 photos with info on the back or a photo with name and address of photographer a bit "smudged"?
Ok, could be an option to get photographer to restamp new photos, but I'd like to send application Monday and unfortunately photographer is not available until Monday evening.
Is it that big of a concern if both photos have info on back?

You need to send two identical original photos, one of which has the photographers details and the PA's name and DOB on the back.
I think you are saying that you have two original photos, both of which have the details on the back, but one of which is smudged. If so, that would be fine - as long as one of them is good.
Yes Photographer stamped all 4 photos. I have included info on 2 that the stamp did not smudge. Wasn't sure if you could include both photos with info on back or 1 that needed to be blank. Other 2 photos I have have no info wrote on, but a stamp where it smudged.
As long as both photos can have info wrote on and stamp I'm assuming I'm good to send.

The only problem you would have is if NEITHER photo had the required information. The fact that at least one does (and perhaps 2) I am sure doesn't matter!
