I have all my documents ready to mail. I am applying for spousal sponsorship for permanent residence. I don't see anywhere in my application form or document checklist that says I need to send passport sized photos? Do I need them?

It depends where your sponored person is coming from. I believe every region have different photo requirement , if there is..
From which country the sponsored person will be coming ? read the part 3 for your country carefully.
My wife is sponsoring me - I am from Ireland and we are both in Canada at the moment.
If you are applying inland, you only need 2 photos but be sure the photos are Canada Immigration size photos.. And if you are applying outland, you need 8 photos.
