Photos for sponsorship application

Hi all,

The checklist says I must include two photos of the main applicant and that:

The back of one photo must include:

• the subject’s name and date of birth
• the name and complete address of the photography studio
• the date the photograph was taken

The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are unacceptable.

Since my country is currently in lockdown due to Covid19 all shops, including photography studios, are closed. Do the photos really have to be taken at a studio? Can they not be from one of those passport photograph booths? Or do I have to wait for who knows how long for lockdown to end so I can visit a photography studio?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. Would I need to get the photos certified/notarised before submitting them?

You still need to ensure the photos are the correct size else applications can be delayed.

There is no need to certify or notarize. Just make sure It meets specifications
