Your entire packages should be mailed together. We had 1 big envelope/package to contain everything, then split up the content insides into their own envelops:
1. Sponsor Documents
2. Applicant Documents
3. Supporting evidence (photos, letters, call logs, social media records etc.
There are some really good recommendations on this site on packaging your application on this site if you poke around.
Hi I applied in November 3rd 2014 from Canada to sponsor partner in Lebanon
I prepared the documents in four packages :
cover letters -sponsor - sponsored - evidences
I didn't use staples, I used paper clips - no albums - used paper and plastic envelops
After I submitted I knew that I shouldn't have used any paper clips or any plastic or paper envelopes
my file was super expedited : I got the sponsor approval in one week. they requested more documents on Dec 16 and hopefully everything moves forward
I suggest that you put in mind that you should not use anything but the documents even without splitters
all in one package which will make the job of the one who is scanning your documents easier. and put all the evidences in one envelope.
good luck
