I was sent an email in March that photos are not compliant. I am in Windsor, ON. I went to a professional photographer and took the pics and sent it to them. I received another email today saying that photos are not compliant and resend the photos again. Not sure what I am missing. Any ideas where I can get my photos clicked in Windsor, ON for PR card?
