I have collected photocopy of my university transcript and certificates which attested and sealed by university authority and put into university closed envelop. My quarry, is this ok or I have to put original attested documents in stead of photocopy?
I think it should be ok. But, when you can get original transcripts from the university, why do you or (university) want(s)to send attested photocopies? Copies of certificates, diplomas and degree must be notarized. It is your responsibility to provide what exactly CHC is asking. That way, your application wont take longer period of processing.
