I do not really like the photo on my COPR and I want to take new ones outside Canada before landing. Is it ok I ask visa officer to use the new photo for my PR card? Do you know any link regarding photos for PR card? Thanks in advance for your time and help.

As far as I am aware, the photo on the COPR document will be used for the first PR card, unless it doesn't conform to the required standard. On subsequent PR card renewal applications, you can submit a new photo.
