i had a phone nikah done in india and i have a marriage certificate to prove it but i just found out that you need to have a power of attorney from the husband in canada to be stamped by the embassy. i have a power of attorney but it is not stamped by the embassy. is that good enough? or does that make my marriage illegal? please help! :-X :-X :-X :-X
