I’m an applicant for PDD study permit. I have a question concerning my application that has been proceed.

Is the interview can taking place over the phone?( I have received a call from embassy today and have been asked weird questions)

what kind of questions ? they do make interviews in some rare cases. was that number correct ?

the number is correct.
a woman asked questions in my native language (i thought they interviewing in English) about my job experience, why there is a gap, how i pay for my apartment.
My parents are my sponsors and officer said that their salary is low to support me (although it’s not true because my parents are middle class and mom works for american company) and they put on my bank account (50k cad)
also the officer was rude, she interrupted me and than just hung up.

no, and it’s weird. i didn’t get any messages except biometric request

i googled number and it said it was canadian embassy

then indeed it was the embassy. but i am wondering u applied for 1 year program and showed 50K funds this should be fine. hope everything does smoothly

me too. and i had the uk and the us student visas and always came back to my homecountry after study.
