Philippines PCC for non-filipinos - Online

Hi Forum members,

I am looking to apply for PCC from Philippines as I stayed there for more than 6 months in the last 10 years.
Has anyone used the online NBI clearance service. I googled and found this -

Can anyone provide guidance on the steps to be followed to get the Philippines PCC. For Non -residents, how do we send fingerprints etc.

how did you get the NBI-5 form? Also did you create the profile online before you sent out the package to Manila
