Kamusta po kayo to any Filipinos reading this :D

My husband is a Filipino Citizen.
We are almost finished the process to get his permanent residency and visa for canada. Background check is still being processed (started May31), but i am doing a bit of research at the moment, just to be prepared.

I have a question, maybe somebody could help.

I know that he will have to register with the Comission of Filipinos Overseas before he will be allowed to leave the country as it is a requirement for ALL emmigrating Filipinos.

My question is, should he take the Guidance snd Counselling Program for Filipino Fiancee/ Spouses/ Partners of Foreign National or Former Filipino (GCP)

Or should he take the Pre Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)

Hi carley, yes he needs both. It will only take 1 day . And he will get his sticker right after the seminars . I'm done with my CFO because I needed it for my passport because my husband is a foreigner
