My husband and I just sent the documents requested by the VO in Philippines, along with the RPRF receipt. According to the tracking #, this is what it says;
"Delivery exception
PARANAQUE PH
Customer not available or business closed"
Has anyone ever experienced something like this? I was told that I have only 45 days from the date that they sent the letter out on to us, to send all the requested documents to them. I can't afford to send them the documents again, if the FedEx sends back the documents to us.
This is the address that I've sent the documents to:

But I'm not sure why they delivered it to Paranaque City.. does anyone know?
Not that exactly, and I don't know about FedEx in PH, BUT I suspect that they will make another attempt, and even a 3rd attempt before the whole package is returned as 'undeliverable'.
That was the same address i sent mine, which the did receive. However a slightly different part at the top, I specified the family class section of immigration and included our file number. Not sure if that would make a difference.
