PhD Stream and ECA

Hi all,
I have a quick question. First, I am applying for the PR under the PhD stream. I expect to finish my degree in few weeks. So my PhD would be from a Canadian Institution. However, my B.Sc, and Masters degrees are from outside Canada.

The question is: Provided, I applied after I have the PhD degree, do I still need to submit ECA documents for my undergraduate and Masters certificates?

If you apply with your PhD degree from Canada, then you DO NOT need to submit ECA documents for your foreign education credentials.
