I started a research-based PhD program in Canada on a study permit. I receive a monthly stipend for performing all the duties listed under NOC 41201. While I get an "appointment letter" to receive this monthly payment for my "Graduate Assistantship Fellowship" role, I do not have a job offer, do not pay taxes, and I am not listed as an employee. Would this research experience count as work under Express entry?
