My sister has completed her B.Pharmacy, she wants to do her further education in canada....so please tell which courses are in demand ? which courses will help her to get a good job ? which one is better going for masters/pg diploma ? or doing any certification program courses....btw she is coming to canada as a dependent PR...please help

Masters is far better than a PG diploma.
I definitely agree. It makes much more sense to complete MS than a PG diploma. Thesis MS normally takes 1,5-2 years to complete. It consists of coursework+ thesis research. Non-thesis MS is just a coursework that can be finished in 2-3 semesters. Science programs in general have some core discipline requirements ( 3-5 courses) that students are required to take, and the electives make up the remaining curriculum for obtaining a degree.
First thing is to have her education reviewed by IQAS. They determine how out of country education is accepted on Canada.
