I got admission in UCalgary for M.Eng Chemical and Petroleum with a specialisation in chemical. However, Iam intrested to enroll in one course which belongs to environmental specialisation. If i enroll in that course would i face any issues with pgwp in future based on these points.
You aren’t eligible for a PGWP if you:
already received a post-graduation work permit
studied English or French as a second language
took general interest or self-improvement courses
participated in the Government of Canada Awards Program funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC)
had funding from GAC
got the Equal Opportunity Scholarship, Canada-Chile
participated in the Canada-China Scholars Exchanges Program
participated in the Organization of American States Fellowships Program
completed the majority of a study program by distance learning (online courses, e-learning or correspondence)
completed a study program at a non-Canadian institution located in Canada
No, the additional course will not be an issue for PGWP. The rule stated above is applicable if you are doing general interest or self-improvement courses only.

Like I said before, they don't care if you did any online courses, as long as your main program is full time, you are OK. They are giving you PGWP based on your main program and not the additonal courses.
If you want to do online courses in your main program, then online courses should not be more than 50% of your program to get PGWP,
