I submitted my PGWP recently, as for the “type of work permit” you are applying for, I chose “open work permit” instead of “post graduate work permit”. It is an original pgwp apply not an extension. Since I believe post graduate work permit is kind of open work permit, I have no idea why there are different options for this. However is it Ok for me to simply check open work permit for PGWP? You help would be greatly appreciated.
(Some lawyers or RCIC mention that it is okay since I have provided document like transcript and graduation letter, so IRCC officer would know it is pgwp under open work permit)
