PGWP work permit refused? Is it possible to study and apply for PGWP again?

Hi,
My PGWP application has been rejected. Still I am under valid study permit, is it possible to get PGWP, If I study another program and apply for PGWP.
When I go to my college, they said, you are not allowed to apply for PGWP for the second time but my immigration consultant saying that, until you are issued with PGWP once you are allowed to apply for PGWP. Please suggest me the best possible way to stay in canada, I have my study permit till the end of JULY.

Online programs? You got your PGWP refused because you applied for more studies (As a complement)? Or did you choose to study online instead of presential classes?
I'm not quite sure about it, but I think you can choose another full time study program. I read somewhere that you can get PGWP just once. And since you got your PGWP refused, I think you can try again.

No you cant apply other pgwp because on the basis of your last study they will reject again.

Incorrect. If OP complete another course, he will be eligible to apply for a new PGWP.

I did 4 months GAS program. but still under my valid student status, My immigration consultants are saying you can apply because you are not issued any before, but my college people are asking me to make sure that i can apply one more time. Please get put pf this confusion, help me with this.

Firstly, PGWP is issued just once. As you never got one. You can get it.

Did you just did 4 months studies in Canada ??
If yes, You're not eligible for PGWP.
Any studies less than 8 months are not eligible for PGWP.

I had many friends in College, who took online courses and they never had any problem with PGWP.
I guess, your reason is different.

yes, in mi program i had more online courses than in class. I did one year post graduate certificate program and then i did that 4 months gas program.

if your GAS program was online then it could be a problem.
Try applying again with a letter from the institution. Avoid the transcript.
So in the section where it says proof of study. create a pdf file where you have letter from both the institution.
BTW you should have got atleast 1 year of pgwp based on your first program.

You have to take one more year of program in order to save yourself from deportation. I come to know some of the guys under this program already got a letter from cic correct?

Dnt waste your time, money and energy. You will not get PGWP on the basis of GAS program, apply for another course of 8 months and you will be perfectly ok
