PGWP withdraw failed

I am in sort of a tricky situation. I went to Niagara last tuesday, since CIC says I can apply at port of entry (POE), i decided to try my luck. I got lucky at peace bridge and got it on spot. Afterwards, I submitted the webform to cancel my online application immediately (literally 10mins after i got my pgwp). To ensure they will get the withdraw request, i also called IRCC the day after.

However I just got a message from CIC saying that they approved my online application...This means I have two pgwp with two different dates?? Should I contact them to have them cancel one?

Please advise.
