Hi please one question:
my wife must apply for her PGWP and require for me a new OWP .
Now I'm self employed because an owner of a personal company.
Can I hire my wife under my company and make for her letter reference so she can require for me OWP?
Some consultant told me that there is not a rule that the wife can not work under her husband, but some other told me that can be refuse her PGWP...
Somebody have experience about it?

Her PGWP won't be refused, as it is issued on the basis of her schooling, not employment. However, an OWP for you will almost certainly be refused if she is showing you as her employer. That would be a convenient way to circumvent the rules.

Your whole story is very confusing. You also mention working for a company with the main offices in Ontario but you are working from BC offices. Where are you living? Is this your own company?
