pgwp refused

Hi,


I have completed my 1 year program in university and within 90 days I have applied for the PGWP and they refused my application due to incomplete docs as I have not uploaded first page of transcript only later I called the cic, they reconsidered my case but they did not change the decision. now again I called them they told me to apply the restoration for pgwp.
my question is do I need the offer letter for restoration of my status and I need to apply the restoration od student permit or pgwp ? and what are the chances to get the any status ?

what is right procedure to sort this problem ??

you need to apply your pgwp now with complete documents online. you will get it right this time I hope.

I think you still have time to make it right but you need to reply first 22.

TIMELINE

31 August 2018- Completion letter from University

16 October 2018-Final Transcripts From University

5 November 2018-Applied PGWP

31 August 2018 to 31 November 2018 is the 90 Days Period to apply PGWP.

31 December 2018 expiry of study permit

** Applied for PGWP in VALID TIME FRAME and WITH VALID STUDY PERMIT on 5 NOVEMBER 2018**

Paid Fees $255

Got Rejection ON PGWP application on 23 January 2019.

Called CIC on 24 January 2019,they forwarded Application For RE-Consideration.

Send the Degree and Final Transcripts as a attachments with Web Form on 24 January 2019.

Got Reply as “Information Letter” on 6 February 2019.Refused Again

now you dont need a valid study permit to apply for PGWP unnder the new rules . have you applied already .

what happened

She uploaded all her documents withen the 90 day period but missed uploading one document. Ircc sent her a request for additional documents which she did upload but missed hitting the submit button (The error message said documents upload but not submitted to ircc) so the documents got uploaded but not submitted IRCC . The application got rejected due to insufficient documentation two days later.
