I applied for the PGWP public policy this august after getting my interim work authorization.
At the time of Interim authorization, I was present in Canada as a visitor (ETA). Thus I did not apply to restore my status (talked to a lawyer and he said no need to restore).
Since I am not getting any update from IRCC, I am worried that I won't have an answer before my ETA ends.
In this case, can I apply for a visitor record and keep working with Interim work authorization?
