PGWP Please help its urgent

Good Evening

One of my friend got PGWP refusal because there was one year gap in two semesters. It was only one year program. After this he renewed his study permit and took another one year program, which is already done. Now he is going to apply for PGWP again. Is there any consequences for PGWP refusal and apply again after doing another study.

i dont understand.....not very clear ur friend has a gap of 1 year between 2 sems what was he doing for that 1 year?was he staying without study?

He did one part time program for four months. He had to wait long because program that he was taking had only one session in a year.

I am not an expert on this. However perusal and understanding of the cic sites leads me to the following inferences ---

Part time programs are not eligible for PGWP .

If your friend has done a second course ( different than the initial part time ) then provided he has satisfied other conditions like being full time ,study permit is still valid etc. he/she can be apply for fresh PGWP based on second course and the duration of PGWP would only be on account of duration of second course.
