I am currently applying for PGWP outside Canada in Taiwan. I see from the document checklist I am required to fill out family information imm5707e
listed in the application package for my region. However, when I tried to upload my documents online, it does not give me the option to upload imm5707? I have double check the questionnaire I filled out, but I am still not sure where my mistake was. It also show where I upload the document that its optional to upload imm5257. Do I have to fill the form out because I am having uploading the form imm5275
