PGWP Online Application IMM5710 Current Country Of Residence Problem

Hello,

After checking from this link that I am allowed to apply online for a PGWP outside canada, I filled and submitted my application. However, the form IMM5710 did not let me choose any other country than Canada for my current country of Residence. So, I added a letter of explanation and stated the country that I was applying from. Did anybody else experience this same issue? And were their PGWP approved ?

I was wondering if you already got a reply about the work permit in your situation. Was it approved?
I am just having a similar issue.
