Hi, actually i have a query my current study permit is expiring on 30th september, however i have not received my completion letter from college yet so my question is would i be able to apply for pgwp without a completion letter or transcript since it's take time from my school on immigration website it states that as a temporary measure we can file for pgwp without a completion letter or transcript so should i file for pgwp? and if i file will i be able to upload documents at a later date?
