Hello,
I am asking for a friend. She studied a 1-year post-grad in 2019 and finished in 2020 then went to do another 2 years program. However, due to personal reasons, she has to withdraw in mid-2021 and change to another 1-year post-grad program and finally finished it recently.
So in this case, will she be eligible for 3 years of PGWP even though there was a gap of 1 year between her first and second post-grad program. She has never stopped studying just ended up changing school and programs.
IRCC notes that [The student completed more than one program from an eligible DLI within 2 years.] should still be able to get a 3 years work permit.
