I am here in Canada on a study permit, and have been enrolled in a French cert program. I have studied full-time for a year, but will not be graduating from the program as I intend to take on a 15 credit hours Postgrad cert program at McGill.
My question is:
1. Does a 15-credit hour program count as a 8months+ program? I will be taking 12 credit hours + 3 in the following semester.
2. Can a program I have not graduated from (1 year french cert program) count towards the PGWP if I complete the Postgrad certificate?
