Hello, I applied for my pgwp in July 2022, I got it approved in dec 2022 and is valid till march 2023 which is when my passport expires. I have a current passport now( exp. July 2027 and know a pgwp can’t be extended. However, I know it is usually 3-4 years. Should I apply again for an open work permit/ “restoration of status” or as an “Applying for the first time or with a new employer”?. I’m also currently not working; was at the time I applied with a former employer.
