PGWP Extension

Good evening everyone. I just want to know a few things about the pgwp extension policy. I got my wp after my graduation for 2 years, it was supposed to be 3 years but was restricted to two years because of my passport expiry, I would like to know 3 things here.

1. What are the documents that we need for the pgwp extension considering the new rules for pgwp which are put in place recently, do I need to take language tests?Do I need to add additional documents apart from the ones which I submitted the first time(transcripts and passport)
2.Can I apply online or only mail based?
3.Any idea of the time period?

I'm in the same boat right now. Mine expires Oct 2025.

For 2) I've heard that people have applied online and it seemed to have worked but on IRCC here, it says "you must apply on paper" so just to be safe I'd apply on paper.
For 3) again based on my research and what a lot of people have posted on reddit, etc, it seems to be 5 months - 8 months

The current timeline for a work permit extension within Canada is 162 days as of December 24, 2024.
