I was issued a pgwp for 2 years(I was qualified for 3 years) because my passport is expiring early.
I have that comment on my existing pgwp that I am eligible for extension when I get new passport.
My existing pgwp expires on July 7, 2016.
Can I apply right away or I have to wait till its within 4 months of expiration?
