Hi guy. I submitted an application for PGWP extension due to passport expiry by mail at the beginning of March. I forwarded my documents by Canada post xpresspost on 3/9 and the envelope was delivered on 3/10. Since then, I haven't received any email or notification from IRCC and I failed to link the application to my IRCC account after several attempts. Also, I mailed it to Unit 555 instead of Unit 202 because when I filled the Imm5710 form, I have to select "An Initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer", and according to the guide, 202 is for cases related to the same employer and 555 is for cases related to a new employer. This really confused me. Therefore, I have 2 concerns:
1. Will my application gets rejected or even considered as an application sent to the wrong unit and get ignored by IRCC without any notification or letter?
2. I read several threads and see people able to link their application between 1 and 2.5 months, can anyone share their timelines after their submission?
Any suggestions would be apprepriated!
