PGWP duration

I will be enrolling into a program that is 2 years/4 semesters long. If i start in fall 21 I attend school in fall21, winter22, fall22 and winter23. But if I start in winter22, i dont get the summer semester off which decreases the duration of study. Would that negatively impact the length of my PGWP?

If your school listed that program as a two-year program, then you may get 3-years of PGWP. It doesn’t matter if you finished your program in “accelerated” format as long as the official program description is two years. I started Winter 2019 for my 2-yr diploma, and finished Winter 2020. Four semesters straight with no summer break and I got 3-yrs total.
