I was wondering if someone can help answer a question I had. For background, I am on my PGWP and my employer had applied for LMIA (PR support lmia). My question is - once I get lmia approved can I claim 50 points for the job offer in EE? I have been working for the same employer from past 8-9 months already. I see some forums where people are saying PGWP is lmia exempt and you cannot avail those 50 points. For context, my PGWP expires Sep,25 If anyone can shed some light and help clear this confusion, I would be grateful. Thanks!
